Monday, Rewired: The Next Chapter Isn't Found. It's Built.
Monday used to mean back to the grind. I'm making it mean something else now: the reset.
I'm in the middle of a project I'm calling Reinventing Mary — figuring out the next chapter, on purpose, in public. Not retiring. Rewiring. At 59, I'm not winding down; I'm choosing what's next, and I'm choosing it out loud so maybe you will too.
Here's what I'm learning: the next chapter isn't something you find lying around waiting for you. It's something you build, one brave little choice at a time. You don't need the whole map. You need Monday, and one honest step.
This week's motto: The next chapter isn't found. It's built.
This week's one assignment: write down the one thing you'd do if you weren't afraid of starting over. Then do the smallest version of it before Friday. That's it. That's the whole revolution.
